I wanted to say that Rob did a great job selling our condo. During the time we had it on the market there were 25% more condos for sale and like 25% less buyers. This made it very difficult to get any kind of offers. He always kept a positive attitude and communicated the situation. He got us a lot of traffic on the condo by doing open houses and boosting the listing to the top every few weeks. I appreciate the fact he never gave up and always tried something new to get that offer. The most important aspect was he always got back with me within minutes even over the weekends.
